1. The Scope Of Work Includes: Design, Construction, Acceptance And Service Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of The Utility Building Of The Zgn Śródmieście Headquarters At Ul. Szwoleżerów 5 In Warsaw With An Energy Storage Facility, In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Works Are Comprehensive Works Necessary To Equip The Utility Building Of The Zgn Śródmieście Headquarters With A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 49 - 50 Kwp (Micro Installation Status), Including Preparation Of Design And Cost Documentation For A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 49 - 50 Kwp On The Roof Of The Building Along With A Ups/Energy Storage Unit With A Capacity Of Min. 50 Kwh In Accordance With The Attached Specification, Obtaining An Ornithological Opinion, Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Including Arrangements With The Energy Network Manager - Stoen Operator Sp. Z O. O. And Fire Safety Arrangements In Accordance With Art. 29 Section 4 Point 3 Letter C Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1333, As Amended), Delivery Of Photovoltaic Panels With The Necessary Equipment, Installation Of Supporting Substructures, Taking Into Account Technical Opinion No. 1/03/2026 Regarding The Possibility Of Installing A Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of The Building At Ul. Szwoleżerów 5 In Warsaw By Ryszard Rak, Installation Of The Installation Along With The Performance Of The Necessary Construction Works, Adjustment/Reconstruction Of The Lightning Protection System And, If Necessary, External Elements Of The Air Conditioning System, Connection To The Lightning Protection System And The Power Grid, And Performance Of As-Built Measurements And Documentation. The Required Warranty Period And Required Warranty Inspections Are 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Without Any Defects. The Planned Construction And Assembly Works Will Not Have Harmful Impact On The Natural Environment, Will Not Affect The External Architecture Of The Building, And Interference Inside The Building Will Be Minimized Only To Work Necessary For The Planned Investment. The Functional And Utility Program Is Used As A Tender Document. The Offer Provided By The Contractor Should Include All Supplies And Services Necessary To Carry Out The Project Until They Are Handed Over To The Ordering Party. The Offer Should Be Consistent With This Program. The Contractors Scope Will Also Include Additional Works And Installation Elements That Have Not Been Specified, But Are Necessary For The Correct, Stable Operation Of The Micro-Installation And Energy Storage. The Names Of The Photovoltaic Installation Elements Used In This Functional And Utility Program Are Only An Example Solution. The Installation Elements Used In Reality Are To Be Equivalent, With Technically And Qualitatively No Worse Parameters Than Those Adopted In This Fup.2.
