A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Specifies The Required Quality And Technical/Functional Parameters That The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Must Meet. 4. The Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order And The Warranty Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty On The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least 24 Months. The Warranty Period Begins From The Date Of Final Receipt Of Delivery. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Method Of Evaluating Offers In This Criterion Is Described In Part Xviii Of The Swz. The Contractor Will Be Liable To The Ordering Party Under The Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period Determined On The Basis Of The Contractors Offer (Within The Limits Described Above), But Not Shorter Than The Warranty Period Resulting From The Provisions Of The Civil Code6.
