The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Building Permit And The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Place For Collecting Solid Waste On The Construction Plot No. 11563/2, 11564/2 And 11568 At Ul. Sejneńska In Suwałki, Serving Buildings At Ul. Sejneńska 3 And 5 In Suwałki, Including The Installation Of A Cable Connection, Lighting Inside The Shelter And An Access Control And Monitoring System In The Design And Build Formula.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, Including Obtaining A Building Permit; 2) Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Particular Of: A) Construction Of A Place For Collecting Solid Waste On Plots No. 11563/2, 11564/2 And 11568 At Ul. Sejneńska In Suwałki, Serving Buildings At Ul. Sejneńska 3 And 5 In Suwałki, B) Installation Of A Cable Connection, C) Installation Of Lighting Inside The Shelter, D) Implementation Of An Access Control System, E) Implementation Of A Monitoring System.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In A Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor.6. If Trademarks Are Used In The Pfu, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Fup. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Materials And Devices He Uses Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 7. Design Documentation Regarding The Description Of The Proposed Materials And Devices Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Pzp.8 Act.
