The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Warehouse Hall For Equipment And Materials For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense, Including The Comprehensive Construction Of A Warehouse Hall With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Connections And Land Development, To The Extent Specified In The Order Documents. The Detailed Scope, Design Solutions, Technical Parameters, Material Requirements, Quantities Of Works And Requirements For Research, Tests And Acceptance Are Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Technical Documentation. The Bills Of Quantities Are Of An Auxiliary Nature. In The Scope Of Pile Foundation, The Contractor Performs Tests, Tests, Studies, Temporary Works As Well As Inspection And Documentation Activities Required By The Technical Documentation. The Costs Of Activities Resulting From The Procurement Documents Made Available Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers Are Covered By A Lump Sum Remuneration. A Change In The Piling Solution Resulting From Actual Ground Conditions May Only Occur After Approval By The Relevant Designer And Supervision Inspector, In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. It Constitutes One Functionally And Technologically Related Construction Task; Construction, Installation, Connection And Land Development Works Require Coordination And One Responsibility For The Whole And Guarantee.
