The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Earthworks Consisting In Cleaning And Desilting Two Water Reservoirs (Ponds) And A Watercourse Connecting The Ponds, Located In The Historic Park In Cieszków (Plot No.: 310/5, 310/6 District 0003 Cieszków). Basic Parameters Of The Facilities ● Pond No. 1: Area: 0.27 Ha ● Pond No. 2: Area: 0.31 Ha Detailed Scope Of Work: As Part Of Maintenance And Earthworks Within Water Reservoirs And The Stream, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Following Activities: ● Measurement Works During Linear Earthworks Along The Stream Route; ● Mowing Plants From The Banks Of The Stream And Ponds; ● Removing Floating Plants And Plants Rooting In The Bottom; ● Removing Trees And Shrubs Growing On The Bottom And Banks Ponds And Watercourses● Removing Natural Obstacles And Those Resulting From Human Activity, As Well As Blockages Impeding The Free Flow Of Water;● Extraction Of Silt And Rubble (Desilting) From The Bottom Of Reservoirs And Watercourses Using Mechanical Equipment;● Loading And Transporting The Excavated Material With Self-Unloading Vehicles Over A Distance Of Up To 3 Km. (The Ordering Party Informs That The Transport Of Excavated Material Is Possible Using The Municipal Road Network. The Contractor Is Obliged To Plan The Route In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Road Traffic Regulations, With Particular Emphasis On Tonnage Restrictions Applicable On Municipal Roads.) Due To The Specificity Of The Extracted Material (Heavily Hydrated Silt/Sludge), Transport Must Be Carried Out Only By Self-Unloading Vehicles With Tight Cargo Boxes That Will Prevent Water Leakage And Mud On The Road.Additional Informationthe Ordering Party Will Secure And Separate The Construction Site For The Implementation Of The Investment In Question.All Earthworks Must Be Carried Out With Due Care, Respecting The Historic And Landscape Substance Of The Park.
