1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Climbing Wall In The Design-Build Formula In The Moje Boisko-Orlik 2012 Sports Complex At Ul. Topolowa 5 In Szczawno-Zdrój, As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Construction And Expansion Of Sports Facilities.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Comprehensive, Full-Discipline Design Documentation For Vases And Obtaining, On Its Basis, Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Implementation Of The Works, Including Decisions Of The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments And The Decision On The Construction Permit, 2) Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation, 3) Obtaining A Document Permitting Use (Decision On The Use Permit Or A Certificate For The Reported Completion Of Construction). The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Construction Works Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes All Works Necessary From The Point Of View Of Construction Art And Applicable Regulations To Complete The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Everything That Is And Will Be Necessary From A Technical Point Of View To Complete This Order.5. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture, Managed By The Minister Of Sport And Tourism.
