The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Construction Of Four Playgrounds In The Towns Of: Jesionowo, Orzechowo, Międzylesie And Podleśna, Dobre Miasto Commune, Implemented Under The Citizens Budget For 2026.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Development Of Playground Areas In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities.3. Each Playground Is A Separate Location Task.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Entire Section 1 And The Entire Section 3 Of Each Of The Four Bills Of Quantities, As Well As Performing As-Built Geodetic Measurements For Each Location Separately.5. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) The Entire Scope Of Works Specified In Section 1 Of Each Of The Four Bills Of Quantities; 2) The Entire Scope Of Works Specified In Section 3 Of Each Of The Four Bills Of Quantities; 3) Preparation And Development Of The Area; 4) Execution Of Surfaces Provided For In The Design Documentation; 5) Construction Of Fences And Gates; 6) Execution Of Earthworks, Preparatory, Construction And Finishing Works Specified In The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities; 7) Execution Of Works Cleanup;8) Removal Of Waste Generated In Connection With The Implementation Of The Works;9) Performing As-Built Geodetic Measurement Separately For Each Of The Four Playgrounds.2) As-Built Geodetic Measurement Should Be Performed For The Entire Completed Scope Of A Given Playground, To The Extent Required By Applicable Regulations, Including Elements Made Under Part I, If They Are Subject To Inclusion In The Geodetic Documentation.5. The Investment Is Located: 1) Jesionowo, Plot No. Geod. 80,81,82 Rpm Jesionowo, 2) Orzechowo Plot No. Geod. 105/2 Rev. Orzechowo,3) Międzylesie Plot No. Geod. 36 Rev. Międzylesie 4) Podleśna Plot No. Geod. 254 Rev Podleśna, Dobre Miasto Commune.6. The Works Covered By The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Following Order: 1) Międzylesie; 2) Orzechowo; 3) Podleśna; 4) Jesionowo.7. The Ordering Party Informs That The Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment And Small Architecture Elements, Constituting A Separate Scope Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As The Delivery, Is Carried Out By Another Contractor Under A Separate Contract. 8. Due To The Above, The Contractor Of This Order Is Obliged To Cooperate And Coordinate The Implementation Of Works With The Contractor Of The Delivery To The Extent Necessary For The Correct, Efficient And Timely Implementation Of The Entire Task.
