The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction, In The Design And Build System, Of An Outdoor Gym As Part Of The Development Of An Existing Recreational And Sports Area, Located In The Square Between Ul. 3 Maja And Ul. Głowackiego, On Plot No. 1259/101, District: 0001 - City Of Świdnik.2. The Scope Of Works Under The Task Includes: 1) Development Of A Design Concept; 2) Development Of A Land Development Project To The Extent Required To Submit A Notification Of Works; 3) Delivery And Installation Of At Least 6 Power Devices; 4) Installation Of A Board With Regulations; 5) Construction Of An Anti-Slip Rubber Surface, In Accordance With Applicable Standards For Playgrounds And Outdoor Gyms, With A Total Area Of Approximately 36 M², In The Form Of 6 Separate Stations (Islands), Separating Them From The Surrounding Greenery (Lawn), In Accordance With The Land Development Design Agreed With The Ordering Party;6) Installation Of Small Architectural Elements: 2 Benches, 1 Bicycle Rack And 1 Waste Bin;7) Installation Of Lighting And Monitoring;8) Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works;9) Performance Of An As-Built Surveying Inventory;10) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation And Obtaining Final Acceptance.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Supplemented By Annex No. 7 To The Swz Containing Questions And Answers From The Previous (Cancelled) Procedure To The Extent That They Remain Valid For The Procedure In Question.
