The Scope Of The Order Concerns The Construction Of A Single-Story Building Of A Village Community Center, Built On A Foundation Slab With A Compact, Modern Shape And A Single-Pitched Roof With An Angle Of 6°, Covered With Standing Seam Sheet Metal. The Facades Are Finished In Ventilated Technology, Using Vertically Mounted Boards. The Facility Will Be Constructed Using Wooden Frame Construction Technology. The Use Of Renewable Raw Materials And Prefabrication Technology Reduces The Impact Of Construction On The Natural Environment. The Main Entrance Leads Through A Wooden Terrace Made Of Wooden Joists Resting On A Concrete Foundation. The Building Will Be Heated Using Electric Heating Mats, Divided Into Independent Zones, Which Allows The Heating To Be Adapted To The Current Use Of The Facility. The Building Is Equipped With Internal Electrical And Sanitary Installations And Will Be Connected To The Water, Sewage And Electricity Networks. Rainwater Will Be Infiltrated Onto The Plot. The Investment Also Includes The Construction Of A Section Of An Internal Road, Parking Spaces, A Sidewalk And A Turning Area (Fire Protection).
