The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Thermal Modernization Of Buildings Of The Archaeological Museum Of The Middle Oder River In Zielona Góra With Its Headquarters In Świdnica. The Scope Of Design Documentation Includes The Following Tasks:1. Thermal Modernization Of The Administration Building, In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Attached To The Request For Quotation - As Part Of The Project;2. Thermal Modernization Of The Main Building Of The Museum (Palace), In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Attached To The Request For Quotation. Note! Documentation Should Be Prepared Separately For The Above Two. Tasks. The Scope Of The Subject Of This Agreement Regarding The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Constituting The Basis For Issuing A Building Permit Decision Along With Obtaining A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, And Includes In Particular: 1) Inventory For Design Purposes To The Extent Necessary (Including Photographic Documentation Of The Existing State), Obtaining, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, All Necessary Data For Design To The Extent Necessary To Develop Complete Design Documentation, Which Is The Subject Of This Agreement (Including, For Example, A Map For Design Purposes), Obtaining All Necessary Derogations From Technical And Construction Regulations, Opinions, Arrangements And Provisions Required By Law;2) Construction Design And Technical Designs (Plot Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design) Of Individual Industries, With The Level Of Detail Corresponding To Executive Designs With All Characteristic Elements,3) Information Regarding Safety And Health Protection;4) Technical Specifications (General And Detailed) For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Names And Codes: Groups, Classes And Categories Of Works Specified In Regulation (Ec) No. 213/2008 Of November 28, 2007.
