1. Only Contractors With The Status Of A Sheltered Workshop, Social Cooperatives And Other Contractors Whose Activity, Or The Activity Of Their Organizationally Separated Units That Will Perform The Contract, Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Socially Marginalized People Referred To In Art. 94 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. Minimum Percentage Of Employment Of Persons Belonging To One Or More Of The Categories Referred To In Article 94 Section Public Procurement Law, In An Amount Not Less Than 30%.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Production And Serving Of Two-Course School Meals To School Students In Two Schools And A Three-Piece Meal In Kindergarten (Breakfast, Two-Course Lunch, Afternoon Snack) In The Miłki Commune, In The School Year 2026/207 In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Applicable Regulations, In Particular In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) Together With The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of February 16, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 197) And Nutritional Standards And Recommendations Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition.3. Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition, Made Of Nutritious Products With Valid Expiry Dates, Varied, Easily Digestible And Organoleptically Attractive. Meals Must Have Nutritional And Energy Value Consistent With The Requirements And Standards Of Nutrition For Children And Adolescents.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Eliminate Processed Products And Use Natural, Valuable Food Products.5. For The Purposes Of Swz, The Following Settlement Units Are Accepted: 1) School Meal - A Two-Course Lunch Consisting Of Soup, Main Course And Compote; 2) Preschool Meal - Breakfast, A Two-Course Lunch Consisting Of Soup, Main Course And Compote, And An Afternoon Snack
