The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation As Part Of The Task Entitled: Revitalization Of The Narrow-Gauge Railway Area At Polna Street In Gniezno, Prepared On The Basis Of: - The Developed Design Concept, - A Site Visit Carried Out By The Contractor, - Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Construction Law And Implementing Acts, - Applicable Technical Conditions To Which The Buildings And Their Location Should Meet, - The Applicable Local Plan Spatial Development Plan (Mpzp), The Findings Of Which Constitute The Basic Document Determining The Method Of Land Development And Must Be Strictly Taken Into Account During The Design, - Guidelines And Recommendations Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Planned Method Of Land Development.2. Scope Of The Order: Stage I Within 3 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract: Stage I Includes The Development Of Documentation Enabling Obtaining A Building Permit And The Preparation Of Documents Necessary To Apply For Funding, I.E.: - Land Development Design (Pzt), - Architectural And Construction Design (Pab), - Obtaining All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions, - Preparation Of The Integrated Elements Table Covering All Costs Of The Planned Investment To The Extent Enabling Preparation Of A Complete Application For Co-Financing. The Table Of Integrated Elements Should Cover The Full Material And Financial Scope Of The Project And Be Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Co-Financing Program. Stage Ii - Implementation Date: 15 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, Provided That Stage Ii Commences After The Notice To Proceed Is Delivered To The Contractor (Hereinafter: Ntp), Provided That The Stage Ii Will Be Started Only After The Conditions Specified Below. Ntp Means A Written Declaration Of The Ordering Party Addressed To The Contractor, Confirming The Completion Of The Evaluation Procedure (Approximately 80 Working Days Counted From January 5, 2027) And Approval Of The Application For Co-Financing By The Financing Institution, Including The Project Documentation Developed As Part Of Stage I And Authorizing The Contractor To Commence The Implementation Of Stage Ii. The Commencement Of Stage Ii Depends On The Ordering Party Obtaining A Positive Decision From The Financing Institution Regarding The Financing Of The Project. If The Financing Institution Refuses To Provide Financing, Stage Ii May Not Be Started, And The Ordering Party Will Not Be Obliged To Issue A Ntp Or To Order The Contractor To Implement Stage Ii. If The Financing Institution Reports Comments Or Reservations To The Documentation Developed As Part Of Stage I, Requiring Changes Or Additions, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Make The Necessary Corrections Or Additions To The Extent Agreed With The Ordering Party.
