The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Demolition Of A 3-Story Building And The Construction Of An Underground Shelter Category S-1 On Plots No. 1040/1 And 1040/2, City Of Kobylnica, Including: 1) Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes And Its Possible Update, 2) Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Necessary To Initiate A Public Procurement Procedure For Construction Works Regarding Demolition Of A 3-Story Building And Construction Of An Underground Shelter Category S-1 Along With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions And Technical Conditions, All Arrangements, Permits, Permits, Approvals Necessary For The Proper Development Of Design Documentation (Collectively Hereinafter Referred To As The Documentation), 3) Obtaining A Demolition Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Notification Of Demolition Works That Do Not Require A Demolition Permit, 4) Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Notification Of Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit,5) Providing, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Services Of An Expert On The Subject And Value Of The Contract In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works, Conducted On The Basis Of The Documentation Indicated In Point 2.6) Exercising Authors Supervision Until The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Performed On The Basis Of The Documentation Indicated In The Subject Of The Contract.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Study As Part Of The Demolition Of A 3-Story Building And The Construction Of An Underground Shelter Of S-1 Category Includes The Preparation Of Documentation For: 1) Demolition Of An Existing 3-Story Building With A Usable Area Of Approx. 350 M2, Located On Plot No. 1040/1, Precinct Of The City Of Kobylnica, Kobylnica Commune, 2) Construction Of An Underground Shelter Of S-1 Category For 250 People On Plots No. 1040/1 And 1040/2, District Kobylnica, Kobylnica Commune, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Implementing Regulation To The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Population Protection And Civil Defense (Chapter 9). 4.
