Tenders are invited for Development of Access Road to the Thirappane Animal Farm by Carpeting (1+000-3+150 Km) Complete set of bid documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written request to the Provincial Department of Animal Production and Health, N.C.P., Anuradhapura between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days from 12.08.2026 until 02.09.2026 upon payment of the non-refundable fee of Rs. 18,000.00 to the Accounts Division of the Provincial Department of Animal Production and Health, N.C.P., Anuradhapura. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Security to the value of Rs. 1,059,400.00, obtained from a licensed commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favour of "Provincial Director, Provincial Department of Animal Production and Health, North Central Province" only as per the form included in the procurement documents should be submitted with the bid. Or else, that amount may be deposited with the Accounts Division of the Provincial Department of Animal Production and Health, (North Central Province) in cash and the Original receipt obtained should be submitted with the bid.
