Project Background: The MSI seeks to engage a qualified and reputable recruitment partner to support talent acquisition efforts through sourcing experienced and professional candidates for vacant and strategic positions. The engagement is intended to strengthen recruitment outcomes by improving access to quality talent, reducing time-to-hire, and enhancing the efficiency of the recruitment process. 2. Purpose: To engage a recruitment partner that will provide professional recruitment support and assist the MSIN in identifying, attracting, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates for recruitment. 3. Objectives: The objectives of this engagement are to: Source qualified and experienced candidates for identified vacancies. Improve recruitment efficiency and reduce vacancy fill timelines. Enhance quality of hire through structured sourcing and screening processes. Expand access to broader and more competitive talent pools. Support the MSI in workforce requirements effectively. 4. Scope of Work / Methodology: The recruitment partner shall undertake the following activities: Review job requirements and recruitment specifications with the MSI. Develop and implement an appropriate sourcing strategy. Advertise vacancies where applicable and conduct candidate outreach. Source and screen candidate applications. Conduct preliminary assessments and verify candidate suitability. Prepare and submit shortlisted CVs and candidate summaries. Maintain confidentiality and comply with MSI recruitment standards. 5. Deliverables: The recruitment partner shall deliver: Recruitment sourcing plan and implementation approach. Database/pipeline of qualified candidates. Shortlisted CVs for each approved vacancy. Candidate assessment and screening summaries. Periodic recruitment progress reports.
