Mänttä-Vilppula Citys Facility Services Is Looking For Framework Contract Partners For The Maintenance, Repair And Leak Checks Of Large Kitchen Equipment And Refrigeration Equipment. Three (3) Suppliers With The Lowest Price Will Be Selected As Suppliers For Maintenance And Repairs Of Machines And Equipment. Orders For Maintenance And Repair Services Are Placed In Priority Order. Maintenance Is Ordered In Order Of Priority From The 1St Supplier. If The 1St Supplier Is Unable To Deliver The Service, The Service Is Purchased From The 2Nd Supplier And If This Supplier Is Also Unable To Deliver The Service, The Service Is Ordered From The 3Rd Supplier, Etc. Periodic Maintenance Is Carried Out In Cooperation With The Selected Operator According To The Separate Maintenance Instructions Of The Agreed Entities And The Equipment List 1-2 Times A Year. Periodic Maintenance Is Marked As Done In The Maintenance Book, And A Sticker Or A Separate Maintenance Tag Is Attached To The Device, Showing The Maintenance Date Of Each Device. Deficiencies Detected In Connection With The Maintenance And The Need To Renew The Equipment Are Reported To The Customer In Connection With The Periodic Maintenance. Possible System Refills And Work Deviating From The Maintenance Instructions Are Billed On An Hourly Basis. This Contract Does Not Cover Maintenance And Repair Work During The Warranty Period, Which Is Carried Out By The Supplier Of The Device In Question.
