The Valtavaara-Pyhävaara Nature Reserve Is Located In Kuusamo, Right Next To The Ruka Tourist Area. More Detailed Site Information And Access To The Sites Are Presented In The Attached Map Material. The Construction Contract Includes The Construction, Transportation, And Installation Of The Elements Of The Prefabricated Toilet To Be Built In Accordance With The Plan Documents As A Complete Contract. The Selected Contractor Delivers The Building Materials And Elements Ready To The Construction Sites. Supplies Will Be Transported During The Snow-Covered Period. Contract Period: Supplies To The Terrain During The Snow-Covered Period, By The End Of March, Work From June 1 To September 30, 2027. At Its Discretion, For Example Due To Scheduling Or Financial Reasons, Part Of The Items May Not Be Completed. In This Case, The Contractor Who Offered The Lowest Price Of The Items To Be Implemented Is Selected As The Supplier. This Is A Total Contract And The General Contract Conditions For Construction Contracts Yse 1998 (Rt 16–10660) Are Followed In The Contract. The Selected Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation. The Contractor Is Subject To The Obligations Referred To In § 1 - § 4 Of Yse If Nothing Else Is Mentioned In The Request For Tender Or In The Attached Material. The Value Of The Procurement Does Not Exceed The National Threshold Value, So The Law On Public Procurement Does Not Apply To The Procurement. The Offer Period Ends On 7 September 2026 At 16:00
