The Preliminary Studies For Mannerheiminkatu 3 Must Be Ready 8 Weeks After The Procurement Decision Has Gained Legal Force. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, As The Procurement Works Are Considered To Form A Whole, The Division Of Which By The Procurement Unit Would Be Inappropriate For Technical And Financial Reasons (Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements 1397/2016, §75).
