This Notice Is Not A Procurement Notice, A Request For Tenders, And The Publication Of The Notice Does Not Start A Bidding Process. The Helsinki Parish Council Is Planning The Implementation Of The Renovation Of The Honkanumme Crematorium As A Project Management Contract. The Total Scope Of The Project Is An Additional Building Of Approximately 350 Gross Square Meters With Foundation Works And A Possibly Related Condenser Yard. The New Cleaning Equipment For The Smoke Gases Of The Existing Crematorium Ovens Will Be Placed In The Annex. The Project Management Contract Includes The Implementation Of The Building And Equipment Completely Completed, Which Means Also The Purchase Of Cleaning Equipment And The Finishing Of The Area. The Tentatively Planned Contract Period Is The Beginning Of 2027 – Summer 2028. The Planned Start Date Of Construction Work Is April 2027.
