Single- Supplier Framework: Co-Occurring Conditions Support Programmethe Service Will Deliver Coordinated, Integrated Support For People Experiencing Multiple Disadvantage, With A Defined Focus On Those Facing Co-Occurring Homelessness, Substance Misuse And Mental Ill Health. It Is Expected To Maintain Or Enhance Existing Staffing Capacity Of Current Contracts, While Breaking Down Workforce Barriers To Create A More Joined-Up System Across Current Programmes And Other Existing Services. Providers Will Integrate Within The Enhanced Live Well Offer, Work Collaboratively With Other Inclusion Health Services Across Greater Manchester, And Take On A Lead Role In Building Partnerships—Both Within This Contract And Across The Wider System—To Improve Strategic Alignment And Workforce Support.
