Late Submissions Will Not Be Considered. The Vendor Is Solely Responsible For Ensuring Receipt Of Addendums And Timely Submission.Bryan County Will Select The Firm Deemed In The Judgment Of The Board Of Commissioners To Be The Most Qualified And Best Meets The Requirements Of The Commission. This Rfp Shall In No Manner Be Construed As A Commitment On The Part Of The Commission To Execute A Contract, To Pay Any Cost Incurred In The Preparation Of Proposals To This Request, Or To Procure Or Contract For Any Services. The Commission Reserves The Right To Reject Any Proposal, Which In Its Opinion Does Not Have Adequate Qualifications.
