Fraser Health Authority (The “Authority”) Has Issued This Request For Proposals (“Rfp”) For The Purpose Of Inviting Proposals From Qualified Consultants To Undertake The Services Described In Appendix ‘A’ To This Rfp (The “Services”) With Respect To K131-00 Lmh Laboratory Renovation And K130-00 Erh Lab Renovation (The “Project”).The Successful Proponent Will Act In The Capacity Of A Managing Consultant For The Project, Including Engaging The Services Of All Sub-Consultants As Required To Provide Complete Consulting Services For The Project.Services To Be Provided By The Managing Consultant And Sub-Consultants Will Include: Laboratory Functional Programming, Laboratory Equipment Planning, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Building Code And Rcdd.Only Architectural Firms That Have Been Prequalified By The Authority For Acute Care Projects ≫ 150K, Are Eligible To Respond To This Rfp. The Authority Will Not Consider A Proposal From A Firm That Is Not Prequalified For Acute Care Projects ≫ 150K.Proponents Proposing To Use Sub-Consultants For The Following Disciplines Should Use Firms That Are Included On The Authority’S Pre-Qualified List Of Engineers (Pre-Qualified For Any Fee Category):•Mechanical; •Electrical; •Structural;Site Visit Details Outlined In The Posting Files.
