The Public Procurement Is Divided Into Two Parts, Where The Framework Contract And The First Order Procurement Contract Are Concluded With One Bidder In Each Part As Follows: 1) In Part 1, A Framework Contract For The Purchase Of M3 Ii Class Electric Buses (Including Warranty Repair, Training And Fulfillment Of All Public Procurement Conditions) Is Concluded For A Maximum Of 10 Electric Buses, While The First Procurement Contract For The Purchase Of 5 Electric Buses Is Concluded With The Conclusion Of The Framework Contract. 2) In Part 2, A Framework Contract For The Purchase Of M3 Ii Class Gas Buses (With Warranty Repair, Training And Fulfillment Of All Public Procurement Conditions) Is Concluded For A Maximum Of 30 Gas Buses, While The First Procurement Contract For The Purchase Of 9 Gas Buses Is Concluded With The Conclusion Of The Framework Contract.
