Tenders Are Invited For Structural Planning, Investment Design, Exercise Of Copyright Supervision, Services For Filming And Digitization Of Objects In The Municipality Of Hisarya, In Three Separate Positions.

The Current Procedure Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement Between The Municipality Of Hisarya And Potential Contractors, Which Does Not Specify All The Conditions For Awarding The Individual Contracts. The Contracting Authority Decides To Conduct An Open Procedure For Concluding A Framework Agreement, In Which Not All Conditions Are Defined. The Maximum Number Of Potential Contractors With Whom The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement Is Up To 3 (Three) Or A Smaller Number If There Is Not A Sufficient Number Of Participants Who Meet The Selection Criteria Or The Previously Announced Conditions Of The Contracting Authority. The Scope And Volume Of The Individual Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Depend On The Specific Need, As Well As On The Requirements Of The Regulatory Framework During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Will Specify The Volume, The Specific Scope And The Execution Period When Awarding Each Individual Contract Within The Framework Of The Agreement By Sending A Written Invitation To The Persons Under The Framework Agreement To Conduct An Internal Competitive Selection To Determine The Contractor. When Opening A Subsequent Competitive Procedure (Internal Competitive Selection) Based On The Concluded Framework Agreement, The Potential Contractors Under It Cannot Offer Higher Prices Than Stated In The Initial Price Offer. The Current Public Procurement Is Divided Into Three Distinct Items As Follows: Specific Position No. 1 – Instrument Planning, Imaging And Digitizing Services; Special Item No. 2 – Investment Design, Photography And Technical Passports Of Buildings And Public Spaces; Special Position No. 3 – Investment Design Of Technical Infrastructure, Roads And Streets.
