Tenders Are Invited For Exercising Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of Smr For Objects Of The Municipality Of Hisarya And Carrying Out An Assessment Of Compliance Of Investment Projects By Specific Positions.

The Current Procedure Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement For Each Specific Position Between The Municipality Of Hisarya And Potential Contractors, Which Does Not Specify All The Conditions For Awarding The Individual Contracts. The Contracting Authority Conducts An Open Procedure For Concluding A Framework Agreement For Each Specific Position. The Maximum Number Of Potential Contractors With Whom A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For The Relevant Specific Position Is Up To 3 (Three) Or A Smaller Number When There Are Not Enough Participants Meeting The Selection Criteria And Previously Announced Conditions. The Scope And Volume Of The Specific Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreements Will Depend On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority And On The Applicable Regulations During The Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreements. When Awarding A Specific Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Determine The Scope, Volume And Term Of Execution By Conducting An Internal Competitive Selection Between The Persons Under The Relevant Framework Agreement. Bidders May Not Offer Higher Prices Than Those Proposed In Their Original Price Offers. The Present Public Procurement Is Divided Into Four Separate Items As Follows: Specific Position No. 1 - Exercising Construction Supervision Of High-Rise Buildings And Its Adjacent Infrastructure On The Territory Of Hisarya Municipality; Specific Position No. 2 - Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of Constructions Of The Transport Infrastructure On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Hisarya; Specific Position No. 3 - Exercising Construction Supervision Of Construction Works From The Improvement Infrastructure, Hydrotechnical Construction And Environmental Protection On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Hisarya; Specific Item No. 4 - Compliance Assessment Of Investment Projects And Preparation Of Complex Reports According To Article 142 Of The Law On Public Procurement. The Scope Of Orders Under Specific Items No. 1, No. 2 And No. 3 Includes Construction Supervision Activities Pursuant To Art. 166 Of The Zut, Performance Of The Functions Of Safety And Health Coordinator And Preparation Of Technical Passports Of Constructions. The Scope Of The Orders Under Separate Item No. 4 Includes Activities For Assessing The Compliance Of Investment Projects, Checking For Compliance With The Current Regulations, Checking For Completeness And Consistency Between The Project Parts, Preparing Complex Reports And Participating In The Procedures For Approving Investment Projects.
