Tenders Are Invited For Construction, Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Major And Current Repair Of Municipal Roads And Streets, The Facilities And Accessories To Them On The Territory Of Hisarya Municipality Under Three Separate Positions.

The Present Procedure Aims To Conclude Framework Agreements Between The Municipality Of Hisarya And Potential Contractors, Which Do Not Specify All The Conditions For Awarding The Individual Contracts Under The Relevant Specific Position. The Procuring Entity Will Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Up To 3 (Three) Contractors For Each Specific Position, Or With A Smaller Number If There Is Not A Sufficient Number Of Eligible Participants. The Scope And Volume Of Specific Orders Will Be Determined According To The Emerging Needs Of The Contracting Authority. Each Individual Contract Will Be Awarded After Conducting An Internal Competitive Selection Between The Persons Under The Framework Agreement, And The Participants Cannot Offer Higher Prices Than The Ones Initially Offered. The Current Public Procurement Is Divided Into Three Distinct Items As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 - Construction, Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Major Repair Of Municipal Roads, The Facilities And Their Accessories On The Territory Of Hisarya Municipality; Separate Position No. 2 - Construction, Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Major Repair Of Streets, The Facilities And Their Accessories On The Territory Of Hisarya Municipality; Separate Position No. 3 - Ongoing Repair Of Roads And Streets, The Facilities And Their Accessories On The Territory Of Hisarya Municipality. Bids May Be Submitted For One, Several Or All Individual Positions, With No Limit To The Number Of Positions That Can Be Won By A Single Bidder.
