Waste With Code 19 08 05, Classified According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 23.07.2014 On Waste Classification, Promulgated, Is Subject To Recovery. State Gazette, No. 66 Of 08.08.2014, Generated By The Activity Of The Wwtp - Asenovgrad, As A Result Of Wastewater Treatment. The Aim Is To Ensure Reception And Utilization Of The Cited Waste At A Site That Has The Relevant Permit Documents. The Participants Should Bear In Mind That The Transportation Of The Waste To Their Site Should Be Offered In The Price Proposal, In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Open Procedure. Each Participant In The Awarding Procedure Is Obliged To Participate For The Entire Volume Of The Public Procurement. The Estimated Value Of The Procedure Is 565,000 Euros Without Vat, But It Is Not Mandatory And Restrictive For The Contracting Authority. Participants Must Offer Prices In The Manner Specified In Form 2. In Case They Do Not Comply With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, They Will Be Removed From Participation On The Basis Of Art. 107, Item 2, Letter A And Art. 107, Item 5 Of The Civil Code. The Participants Must Adhere To The Technical Specification And The Pre-Announced Conditions For Participation And Conduct Of The Public Procurement By The Contracting Authority.
