The Subject Of The Order Is The Complete Cleaning Of All Movable Items, Equipment, Inventory, Construction And Hazardous Waste, And Cleaning To The Condition Of Visible Structural Elements (Walls, Slabs, Columns, Load-Bearing Walls) - Without Damaging The Existing Plasters. Clearing Includes: Dismantling, Manual And Mechanized Removal, Loading, Transport And Handover For Subsequent Treatment (Landfill/Recycling) Of The Generated Waste. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Only The Activities Of Collecting, Loading And Transporting The Waste From The Site. The Estimated Total Amount Of Waste Is Approximately 700 Tons, With The Contractor Accepting The Performance Against A Total Final Price, Regardless Of Any Deviations In The Final Weight Or Cubic Capacity. The Cleaning, Dismantling And Removal Activities Are Carried Out In Buildings With A Total Built-Up Area (Gfa) Of 15,200 M², Located Within The Boundaries Of Pi 68134.4081.9700 And Pi 68134.4081.9701.
