The Subject Of This Order Is: Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Food - Hot Lunch For Needy Persons In Troyan Municipality. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Preparation And Daily Delivery Of Ready-Made Food (Hot Lunch) To The Addresses Of End Users In The Territory Of Troyan Municipality, Including Soup, Main Course, Bread And At Least Once A Week Dessert. The Service Is Provided On Working Days For The Period Of The Contract For Up To 150 Users Included In The Target Groups Under Project Bg05sfpr003-1.001-0189 Hot Lunch In Troyan Municipality. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: 1. Daily Preparation Of Ready-Made Food - Hot Lunch, In Own Or Rented Material Base, Meeting The Requirements Of The Food Law And Related By-Laws; 2. Packaging Of Ready-Made Food In A Way That Protects It From Contamination, In Individual Single-Use Packages, Allowed For Contact With Food And Ensuring Preservation Of The Temperature And Hygienic Qualities Of The Food. 3. Labeling Of Each Individual Package With Information On The Contents, Date Of Preparation And Information On Allergens According To Regulation (Eu) No. 1169/2011; 4. Transportation Of The Hot Lunch To The Address Of Each Individual User On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Troyan With Means Of Transport That Meet The Requirements Of The Food Law And Related By-Laws; 5. Food Preparation According To Sample Weekly Menus, Prepared By An Expert - Technologist According To The Collection Of Recipes For Catering Establishments Or Equivalent And Agreed By The Contracting Authority; Full Information On The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Is Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. ​
