Delivery Of Work And Uniform Clothing, Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop. The Public Procurement Is Related To The Need To Provide Working And Uniform Clothing For The Staff Of Mu-Plovdiv, According To Regulatory And Internal Requirements. The Clothing Delivered By The Contractor Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, Be Tailored To Individual Needs And Provide The Necessary Protection For The Worker. The Goods Must Be New, Unused And Fit For Use, As Well As Meet The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, If Necessary, To Demand The Performance Of A Laboratory Analysis. The Goods Should Not Have A Harmful Effect On The Health Of Their User, Nor Should They Cause Irritation, Allergies Or Injury. The Clothes Must Have Sufficient Strength, Density, Durability And Minimal Shrinkage When Repeatedly Cleaned By Mechanical Or Physicochemical Means. The Specific Types, Estimated Quantity, Material And Additional Requirements For The Goods Subject To The Award Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1 To This Documentation.
