The Implementation Of Engineering (Design, Construction And Authors Supervision) On The Occasion Of The Energy Renovation Of Each Of The Multi-Family Residential Buildings Will Be Assigned Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Zop By Virtue Of A Separate Contract Concluded As A Result Of Awarding The Performance Of Each Of The Individual Positions Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority For The Scope, Volume And Conditions Of The Implementation Of The Separate Items Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement Are Detailed And Regulated In The Relevant Technical Specification And In The Attached Project Documentation, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.
