The General Objective Of This Tender And The Subsequent Contract To Be Signed Is To Establish The Minimum Technical Conditions Required For The Provision Of Surveillance And Security Services For The Internal And External Premises Of The Hospital, Ensuring The Protection And Care Of The Premises, Infrastructure, Instruments, Equipment, Vehicles And Other Assets Of The Establishment, Internal Courtyards Of The Premises And Administrative Areas And Clinical Services, As Well As The Safety And Integrity Of The Staff, Patients And Users Of The Hospital. It Will Be The Responsibility Of The Successful Bidder To Provide The Required Services In Accordance With These Technical Bases, And Must Guarantee Their Operational Continuity Even In The Face Of Contingencies, Environmental Difficulties Or Emergency Situations That May Arise During The Validity Of The Tender And The Respective Contract. To Do This, The Successful Bidder Must Have Mechanisms And Action Plans That Allow These Situations To Be Resolved In A Timely And Efficient Manner, Without Generating Additional Costs For The Hospital.
