The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Award A Framework Agreement Relating To The Supply Of Fuel, Charging At An Electric Terminal, And Associated Services By Credit Cards. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Group Of Orders Whose Coordinator Is Coeur Dessonne Agglomération Which Ensures The Execution Of This Framework Agreement. The Members Who Make Up The Group Are The Following Legal Entities: Arpajon, Avrainville, Brétigny-Sur-Orge, Breuillet, Bruyères-Le-Châtel, Cheptainville, Coeur Dessonne Agglomération (Coordinator Of The Group), Public Water Authority Of Cdea, Egly, Guibeville, Marolles-En-Hurepoix, La Norville, Le Plessis-Pâté, Saint-Germain-Lès-Arpajon, Sainte-Geneviève-Des-Bois, Villiers-Sur-Orge. The Framework Agreement, Consisting Of A Single Lot, Is Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders As And When Required. The Services Are Defined In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp). The Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying The Unit Prices Set In The Act Of Commitment To The Quantities Actually Executed. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Fixed For The Market And For Each Member Of The Group. The Maximum Amount Of The Contract Is Set At 3,824,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For Its Entire Duration (Renewal Periods Included). The Maximum Amounts Set For Each Member Are Indicated In The Commitment Document. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period From 01/01/2027 Or From The Date Of Notification Of The Framework Agreement If This Is Later. The Initial Period Runs Until 12/31/2027 Inclusive. The Framework Agreement Is Renewable Three Times For Successive Periods Of One Year. The Total Duration Of The Contract, Including Renewals, May Not Exceed 4 Years. The Estimated Amounts Given For Information Purposes Only Include All Renewal Periods.
