The Scope Of Services Includes The Planning Of The Technical Equipment In Accordance With Section 55 Hoai (2021) For The New Construction Of The Energy Center (Ez) In The Inner-City Geothermal Energy Project “Virginia Depot”. The Ez Serves As A Heating Station For Generating District Heating From Renewable Energies And Represents A Significant Milestone For The Heat Transition Of The State Capital Munich In The North Of Munich. The System Is Expected To Generate Up To 110 Mwth. The Supply Is Via An Approx. 350 M Long Thermal Water Route (Twt) From The Southern Drilling Site Of The Underground Facility (Uta) With 4 Doublets (Dn 350). The Required District Heating Flow Temperature Is Achieved Through The Use Of Large Heat Pumps. The Order Includes The Integral, Cross-Trade Planning Of The Technical Equipment Including The Coordination Of All Interfaces To Uta, Twt, Site Development, District Heating Network, Building Construction/Structure/Fire Protection As Well As The 110 Kv Customer System. The Twt, Uta, 110Kv Customer Systems Are Not Part Of This Tender And Are Planned By Other Planning Offices. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular: - Process Engineering: Thermal Water And District Heating Side - Electrical Engineering: Building And System-Specific - Control Technology - Msr - Hkls Service Phases 2-8 Are Commissioned Across All System Groups Of Technical Equipment (Ag 1-8). The Provisional Chargeable Costs For The Order Are Just Under Eur 81.8 Million.
