Climate Has No Borders The Above Task Is Co-Financed By The European Union As Part Of Interreg Projects Czech Republic - Poland 2021-2027 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle That Meets The Provisions Of The Polish Standard Pn-En1846-1 Or Equivalent And Pn-En1846-2 Or Equivalent And Has A Cnbop Certificate. The Car Will Be Equipped With Additional Equipment Necessary To Conduct Rescue Operations And Remove The Effects Of Catastrophic Events. The Equipment Will Be Used To Conduct Exercises In The Field Of Combating And Preventing The Effects Of Climate Change For Firefighters From Poland And The Czech Republic As Part Of The Climate Has No Borders Project Co-Financed By The European Union As Part Of The Interreg Czech Republic - Poland Projects 2021-2027. The Vehicle Will Be Used In Extreme Weather Conditions, E.G. Heat, Floods, Storms, Strong Winds And Intense Rainfall. It Will Be Adapted To Work In An Environment Where Threats Resulting From Climate Change May Occur (E.G. Extinguishing Forest Fires In Drought Conditions, Rescue Operations During Floods). The Purchased Vehicle Will Operate At The Volunteer Fire Department Station In Złoty Stok In The Złoty Stok Commune, Which Will Expand The Response Capacity And Increase The Operational Potential Of This Unit, As Well As Complement The Potential Of The Entire System In The Złoty Stok Commune. The Indicated Unit Is Included In The National Rescue And Firefighting System (Ksrg). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Equivalence 1. Wherever The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Annexes To The Swz, Contains Terms Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Delivered By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Contractors Offering Equivalent Products, Materials Or Devices. The Names And Types Used Should Be Treated As Exemplary Solutions Specifying The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence, I.E. Quality Standards, Appearance And Technical Parameters. All Materials, Devices And Technologies From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That Equivalent Solutions Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Used In Design Calculations. Solutions Other Than Those Specified In The Tender Documentation Are Permitted As Equivalent, Provided That The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Are Met, I.E. Guaranteeing Equivalent Technical And Technological Parameters Of The Vehicle Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Tender Documentation And Compliance With Applicable Legal Requirements. The Given Types And Their Characteristics Can Only Serve To Better Select Substitutes. 2. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offer
