As Part Of The It Project, A Complete Work Contract Is Concluded Using The Evb-It System Contract Form With Various Adjustments, Which Are Highlighted Accordingly. Within This Overall Service, The Standard Software Is Purchased (No. 4.3 Evb It System Contract), The Creation Of The Entire System With The Achievement Of Operational Readiness, Including Customizing And Integration As Well As Interfaces (No. 4.5, 4.7 And 4.10 Evb-It System Contract) And - After Acceptance Of The Overall System - System Service, Including Restoration And Maintenance Of Operational Readiness As Well As The Delivery Of New Program Versions (No. 5.1 Evb-It System Contract) And Further Development (No. 6.1 Evb-It System Contract), Including Training And Documentation; These Services Are Largely Remunerated At A Flat Rate (See Price Sheet).
