The Following Shows The Purpose For Which Moin Gmbh Wants To Use The Counting Data And What Requirements The System To Be Procured Must Ultimately Meet. From The Contractors Perspective, This May Result In Further Technical Or Procedural Features That Go Beyond The Aspects Specified In The Service Description And Which Can Be Described By The Contractor And Included As Part Of The Offer. The Counting Data Is Required For The Following Purposes: 1. Determination Of Line Transport Cases (Stop-Related Boarding And Alighting Numbers, Individual Courses, Individual Lines, Daily Profiles, Total Demand, Etc.) If Necessary With A Corresponding Extrapolation Tool As A Basis For - Revenue Distribution - Statistics - Network And Operational Planning - Planning Of The Infrastructure - Determination Of Test Quotas 2. Determination Of Current And Section-Related Occupancy Levels As A Basis For - Passenger Information In Real Time - Short-Term Scheduling, For Example Operational Disruptions And In Event Traffic - Network And Operational Planning - Adjustment Of Vessel Sizes As Part Of Future Procurement Processes 3. Recording Of Objects (Wheelchairs, Bicycles, Strollers, Etc.) As A Basis For - Passenger Information In Real Time - Short-Term Scheduling, For Example If The Multi-Purpose Compartments Are Overloaded - Network And Operational Planning - Adjustment Of Vessel Sizes As Part Of Future Procurement Processes The Priority Is To Fulfill The Requirements Set Out In Paragraph 2 Number 1. The Requirements Of Paragraphs 2 And 3 Must Be Implemented By The Contractor Within The Framework Of This Contractual Relationship As Soon As All Other Systems And Processes Required In These Contexts Have Been Set Up At Moin Gmbh.
