The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Premises Of The Local Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation In Suwałki In The Building Of The Municipal Office In Suwałki In The Scope Of: 1) Liquidation Of The Window And Customer Service Counter, 2) Carving A Door Opening Along With Bricklaying A New Wall And Installation Of A New Aluminum Door With Lighting, 3) Carrying Out Demolition Works Of Wall And Floor Coverings, 4) Bricking Up Two Door Openings, 5) Installing New Wall Cladding And Painting, 6) Replacing The Floor Covering, 7) Adapting The Electrical, Heating And Air-Conditioning Installations To The New Interior. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 10, Bill Of Quantities, Room Plan, And Technical Specification. 3. All Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And Applicable Technical Conditions And Regulations. 4. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By Words Or Equivalent Words. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor, In Which Case The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. If Trademarks Are Used In The Documentation Or Technical Specifications, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Materials And Devices He Uses Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 6. The Use Of Labels In The Documentation Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Specified By The Ordering Party Or An Equivalent Label, The Ordering Party, Within The Deadline Set By Itself, Accepts Other Corresponding Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Documentation, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Construction Works, Supplies Or Services To Be Performed By Him Meet
