The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated In The City And Commune Of Janów, Together With The Provision Of Additional Services And Duties. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Included In The Municipal Waste Collection System Of The City And Commune Of Janów (Silesian Voivodeship, Częstochowa County): A. Cyclically In The At The Source System, B. In The System Of The Mobile Point For Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste (Hereinafter Referred To As Mpszok), C. From The Point Of Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste (Hereinafter Pszok), 2) Transport Of Waste From The Locations Indicated In Point 1) Above To The Place Of Municipal Waste Collection Or Waste Processing Site, 3) Management Of Previously Collected And Transported Municipal Waste (In Accordance With The Detailed Provisions Of The Procurement Documents), 4) Services Related To The Provision Or Delivery Of Containers, Containers And Bags Intended For Depositing Municipal Waste, 5) Implementation Of Services And Obligations Related To Those Mentioned Above In Points 1) - 4). 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Defined In Detail And Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu).
