The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract Is The Processing Of A Proposal For Complex Land Improvements (Hereinafter Referred To As Kopú) In The Cadastral Territory Of Strupčice, When The Original Contractor Did Not Complete The Design Work And The Contract Was Withdrawn (The Work Was Completed In The Development Phase). This Is The Finalization Of The Draft Of The Kopú, Including The Necessary Geodetic Works In The Accuracy Class Determined For The Renewal Of The Real Estate Cadastre By Decree No. 357/2013 Coll., On The Real Estate Cadastre (Cadastral Decree), As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As The Cadastral Decree). For The Parts Of The Work That Have Already Been Handed Over, It Is Necessary To Check And Subsequently Update Them, See Appendix No. 3 Item Statement Of Activities - For The Determination Of The Tender Price, Including The Schedule For The Performance Of The Main Units. The Proposal Of The Kopú Will Be Processed In Such A Way That It Can Be Registered In The Real Estate Cadastre. The Work Will Serve As A Basis For The Land Offices Decision On The Approval Of The Proposal For Land Improvements And The Decision On The Exchange Or Transfer Of Ownership Rights. The Proposal For The Kopú Will Be Drawn Up According To A More Detailed Breakdown That Exactly Corresponds To The Requirements Set Out In Decree No. 13/2014 Coll., On The Procedure For Implementing Land Improvements And The Requirements For The Proposal For Land Improvements, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Decree No. 13/2014 Coll.). The Entire Cadastral Territory Of The Strupčice Municipality Will Be Included In The Complex Land Management Area, Excluding The Built-Up Territory Of The Municipality And Part Of The Territory After The Extraction Of Mineral Resources. The Estimated Size Of The Area Under Consideration Is 710 Ha In The Cadastral Area (Hereafter Referred To As C. Ú.) Of Strupčice.
