The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Entrust A Single Service Provider With A Global Production Mission For The 2027 Edition Of The Grand Dîner Du Louvre, Which Will Be Held On Tuesday March 2, 2027 With Approximately 450 Guests. This Mission Includes The Design, Production And General Coordination Of The Event Including: - The Artistic Direction Of The Event, - The Scenographic Design And Layout Of The Different Spaces (Arrival Of Guests, Journey Through The Collections, Dinner In The Marly Courtyard), - The Production And Operational Implementation Of The Various Production Services, Decor, Lights, Sound, Logistics, Catering, Tableware, Reception And Security, - The General Coordination Of The Event, In Conjunction With The Epml. The Event Is Organized For The Purposes Of Patronage And The Influence Of The Institution, And Must Reflect The Highest Level Of Standards In Terms Of Image, Welcome, Respect For Heritage And Eco-Responsibility.
