Through This Government Contract, The Clinical Laboratory Of Vitaz Vzw Wishes To Renew The Current Equipment Referred To As Hemoculture Incubator(S), So That The Continuity Of Microbiological Blood Culture Diagnostics Is Guaranteed. The Contracting Authority Aims For A Solution That Provides Automatic Detection Of Positive Hemocultures. In Addition, The Clinical Biologists State That It Should Be Possible To Load Samples Without A Laboratory Employee Having To Open The Incubator. Both Positive And Negative Cultures Should Be Automatically Discharged From The Incubator. The Solution Must Also Have A Minimum Capacity Of 800 Available Incubation Positions. The Purchase Of The Equipment Includes Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Validation And Training For The Operators. In Addition To The Purchase Of The Equipment, The Assignment Involves Concluding A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Device-Related Consumables And Reagents During The Estimated Economic Life Of The Equipment, Which Is Estimated At 10 Years. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Conclude A Service And Maintenance Contract With Regard To The Equipment After The Warranty Period, Extendable For The Period That The Equipment Is In Use By The Contracting Authority.
