Tenders are invited for Provision and Implementation of Core Banking System. The bidding documents, prepared in English, may be obtained from GOSHEN FINANCE PLC Head Office, Gasabo District, Kigali, Rwanda, YYUSSA PLAZA Building, Second Floor, Human Resources Office, or requested by email at [email protected], from 12 August 2026 to 10 September 2026, during working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Kigali local time. The bidding documents shall be issued upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rwandan Francs), payable to GOSHEN FINANCE PLC, Account No. 4015200849942, held with Equity Bank Rwanda.
