Interested firms are required to demonstrate their qualifications and capacity by submitting the following mandatory documents: 1. Active Certificate of Incorporation/Registration issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). 2. Company Profile detailing the firms experience, organizational structure, key personnel and relevant audit assignments. 3. Evidence of firms Current Practicing License issued by either the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN). 4. Evidence of Firms Valid Tax Clearance Certificates for the last three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025). 5. Evidence of Firms Registration with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) for both the Audit Firm and the proposed Engagement Partner. 6. Evidence of Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover. 7. Signed Independence Declaration confirming that the firm and its personnel are independence and free from any conflict of interest that may impair the objective of the audit engagement.
