Expression of Interest for Selection of a Firm to Carry out a Customer Satisfaction Survey As part of the strengthening of its Quality Management System (QMS) and its ISO 9001 certification process, PRIMA SERVICES is launching a call for expressions of interest for the selection of a specialized firm to carry out a customer satisfaction survey. This mission aims to objectively collect our customers perception of the quality of our services, to measure their level of satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and to support the performance of our Quality Management System in a logic of continuous improvement. Desired profile Interested firms are invited to submit an application including: A signed letter of expression of interest; A presentation of the firm highlighting its experience in conducting customer satisfaction surveys or similar studies; References of comparable assignments carried out in the last five (5) years; The CVs of the main experts proposed; A brief methodological note presenting the understanding of the mission and the proposed approach; Administrative and legal documents attesting to the existence and regularity of the firm.
