The Contract Involves The Construction (Closed Structural Work) Of A 600 M2 Building On The Site Of The Kennedy Hospital In Mons. The Construction System Is Still To Be Determined But The Speed Of Construction Is Favored. The Building Will Only Include One Level Built On An Esplanade On Level 0 Of The Hospital But With Existing Premises Under The Esplanade. These Include Consultation Rooms, Patient Waiting Areas And Administrative Areas. The Building Permit Has Been Filed. The Work Will Be Carried Out In The Second Half Of 2026. The Special Techniques And Completion Work Will Be Carried Out By Companies Linked By A Framework Agreement With The Contracting Authority.
