Architectural Services For Building Extensions – Project Management Contract For The Extension Of The Siloe Wastewater Treatment Plant (Currently 234,000 Pe) In The Town Of Annecy. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Project Management Corresponding To The Work To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Extension Of The Udep Siloe: - With A View To Responding To The Challenges Linked To The Protection Of The Receiving Environment In A Context Of Reduction In Low Water Flow, - Taking Into Account Future Treatment Capacity Needs (By 2035 And Planning For Developments For The Needs Of The 2050 Deadline) - By Analyzing The New Discharge Standards In Consultation With State Services And In Application Of The Deru Ii - By Proposing An Overall Vision Of The Solution By 2050 (Avp Level) The Extension Of The Udep Of Siloe S2 Is The First Phase Of A More Global Project By 2050 (S3). This First Phase Consists Of The Creation Of A New Depollution Unit (S2) On The Plots Neighboring The Existing Udep (S1) To Allow, On The Scale Of The Existing Udep And This Extension, To Treat The Effluents Received By 2035/2050. The Second Phase Of Work (Outside The Scope Of This Moe Contract) Will Consist Of The Rehabilitation Of The Existing Udep (S1) And The Creation Of New Works On S2 And On Other Neighboring Plots To Treat All The Effluents Received By 2050. This Extension Includes: - The Construction Of S2 Treatment Infrastructure Works (Phase 1); - The Construction Of A New Operations Building (Nbe); - The Integration Of Constraints For S2 In Connection With The Siloe S3 Extension (Phase 2). The Project Manager Will Have To Plan The Location For Certain Devices Which Will Only Be Installed In Phase 2, Integrate The Load Of Phase 2 From Phase 1 For Certain Works, Design A Station With A Hydraulic Profile Capable Of Accepting New Treatment Stages, Etc. This Program Requires A Global Vision, Both To Organize The Phasing Of The Treatment Infrastructures And To Coordinate The Construction Of The New Operations Building (Nbe) With The Implementation Of The Treatment Infrastructures.
