The Market Town Of Fürstenzell Intends To Carry Out A Comprehensive General Renovation And Modernization Of The Existing Outdoor Swimming Pool From 1963. Due To The Age-Related Condition Of The Pools, Buildings, Technical Systems And Open Spaces, Continued Economic Operation Is No Longer Possible Without Fundamental Renovation. As Part Of The Measure, The Pool Facilities Will Be Completely Renovated And The Water Area Will Be Reduced From Currently Around 1,600 M² To Around 870 M². The New Swimming, Non-Swimmer, Diving And Childrens Pools Are Made Of Stainless Steel. The Existing Pool Water Technology Including Piping Will Be Completely Replaced And Housed In A Newly Constructed Technology Building. The Existing Company Buildings Will Be Demolished And Replaced By A New Building With Sanitary And Changing Areas, Staff And Supervisory Rooms, Barrier-Free Facilities, Storage Areas And A Kiosk. The Entire Facility Will Be Made Barrier-Free. To Reduce Operating Costs And Improve Energy Efficiency, Photovoltaic Systems For Using Your Own Electricity As Well As Absorber Systems For Pool Water Heating Are Installed. The Existing Private Water Supply Will Be Retained. The Outdoor Areas Are Being Redesigned. In Addition To New Pool Surrounds And Lounge Areas, The Beach Volleyball Court And Other Leisure Activities Will Be Retained. Areas That Become Available Will Be Greened And Designed To Suit The Landscape. The Existing Parking Spaces Will Continue To Be Used.
