Plastic Goods 13. Small Machines 14. Frames And Porcelain 15. Thermal Containers 16. Preparation 17. Hot And Cold Equipment Appendix 2 Shows Examples Of Product Types That Fall Under Each Category. Coffee Machines Are Not Included In The Offer. If The Supplier Offers The Sale Of Used Products Within The Above Categories, These Can Also Be Covered By The Agreement At The Customers Request. Excluded From The Tender Are • Project Purchases Where Separate Purchases Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Tender Act. By Project Purchase Is Understood An Acquisition That Contains Extensive Or Complex Planning, Several Craftsmanship Skills, Relocation Of Installations Or Repairs In Connection With The Set-Up And Commissioning Of Products Covered By The Agreement. Project Purchases Will Typically Be Tendered Via A Main Or Turnkey Contract. If Commercial Kitchen Equipment Is Delivered To A Project As A Builders Supply, It Must Be Delivered Under This Agreement, Unless A Separate Procurement Process Has Been Carried Out In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act. • Supplementary Purchases, Where The Customer Has Factual And Objective Needs For The Acquisition To Meet Requirements For A Specific Form (E.G. That The Acquisition Must Have A Specific Fit Or Suit Existing Furnishings In The Customers Kitchen Environment) Or Function (E.G. That The Acquisition Must Have A Certain Functionality Or Meet Specific User Considerations). • Goods That Are Not Available In The Webshop. These Goods Are Not Covered By The Agreement, And The Ordering Party Is Free To Obtain Offers And Make Purchases Also From Other Relevant Suppliers, Including The Agreement Supplier.
