The Total Budget Of The Object Of The Contract Amounts To The Amount Of Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand Euros (€8,500,000.00), Plus Vat, And Is Broken Down As Follows: • Six Million Five Hundred Thousand Euros (€6,500,000.00), Plus Vat, Budget Of The Main Object, For A Period Of Thirty (30) Months, Which Is The Upper Limit Of The Offer. • Options, With A Total Estimated Value Of Up To Two Million Euros (€2,000,000.00), Plus Vat, (I.E. Up To 30.77% Of The Budget) For: (A) Right To Extension: Admie Unilaterally Reserves The Right To Extend The Duration Of The Contract Up To Seven (7) Months With Or Without A Corresponding Increase In The Physical-Economic Object, With The Same Conditions And The Same Unit Prices, And/Or (B) Right To Increase The Object Of The Contract: Admie Reserves, Throughout The Execution Of The Contract, The Right To Increase The Object, By Assigning Similar Services, With The Same Conditions And Unit Prices.
